The data analysis from Consumer-to-Manufacturer (C2M) model shows that Chinese consumers are increasingly concerned about the environmental friendliness and chemical composition of the products they use, so JD helped Head & Shoulders launch the natural shampoo without silicone which more beneficial to the environment.
